Set in 1983 Los Angeles, Snowfall explores the early days of the crack cocaine epidemic and its profound impact on the city. The narrative intertwines the lives of several characters, including Franklin Saint, a young drug dealer; Teddy McDonald, a CIA operative; and Gustavo "El Oso" Zapata, a Mexican wrestler turned enforcer.
